Articles
316 to 319 of the Constitution of India
deal with the structure of the Public
Service Commissions.
In
exercise of the powers conferred by
Article 318, the Tripura Public Service
Commission Regulations
were
framed by the Governor of Tripura in 1972.

As
per Regulation 3 of the Tripura Public
Service Commission Regulations, 1972, the
Commission shall
consist
of a Chairman and one or more Members not
exceeding three as may be determined
by
the
Governor from time to time.
